The Alperovitch Institute is pleased to welcome Daniel Moore, author of Offensive Cyber Operations: Understanding Intangible Warfare, as an Adjunct Professor teaching on offensive cyber operations at the Alperovitch Institute at Johns Hopkins SAIS.

“Danny Moore has it all — he’s a deeply experienced operator and investigator with extraordinary hands-on experience; he’s one of the most creative minds in infosec; and he’s a gifted educator. I learned so much from him over the last then years,” said Thomas Rid, Founding Director of the Alperovitch Institute.

Daniel has 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, intelligence, and cybersecurity. He has held roles in the public and private sectors, including with the Israeli military, IBM, Accenture, and Meta. Daniel is the author of Author of Offensive Cyber Operations: Understanding Intangible Warfare. He has taught and published extensively on security issues, and holds a PhD from King’s College London.
